 The Strategical  Conductor

Although Unicomphilosoph  often moves in staffs and planning groups so there is the fundamental planner, who is call the conductor in our system, our conductor is the center in our circular frame because we don't consider the system which use the top, because we don't trust there is someone he is the top in this world , every will able to collapse down as maybe someone able to be  on the top instead of .we knew that the circle has center but no top.

So dose it circular , who did say that ? " we see it strait horizental paralal lines never meet but compelled  to interpentrate , mix, change , according to natural circumstances although never none being  only the concious  can be able to be capable to add another circumstances.
